Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your SUPERWAPA gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All SUPERWAPA products are made to order through print-on-demand production. Because each item is printed specifically for you after you place your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size chosen or change of mind, in line with the EU exception to the right of withdrawal for personalized/made-to-order goods (Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no extra cost. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ilovesuperwapa@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 2-3 business days.

3. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping costs may apply if a package is returned to us for this reason.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
