We do our best to keep this site accurate and online, but we are not responsible for temporary errors, outages or for the content of external websites we link to.
Terms of sale
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Your order
After you pay you receive an order confirmation by email. Every item is made to order, so production starts shortly after. Changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.
Delivery
Production and delivery times are explained on our Shipping page. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the receiver.
Defects and claims
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are replaced or refunded as explained in our Returns policy. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights as a consumer.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence and can go to the courts of your place of residence.

Why we use it
- To make, ship and support your order (needed to fulfill our contract with you)

- To send news and drops if you subscribed (your consent, you can unsubscribe any time)
- To keep invoices as required by tax law (legal obligation)
Who we share it with
Only with the companies we need to run the store: our production and shipping partners, payment providers, email and hosting services. Some of them are outside the European Union. In that case your data is protected by the safeguards required by EU law, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted once your request is solved, unless they relate to an order.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, limit or move your data, or object to its use, by writing to ilovesuperwapa@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
